IRONMAN Expo in Wiesbaden 2012

The supporting programme of IRONMAN 70.3 European Championship 2012 again includes a sports sales fair. Numerous exhibitors will present themselves in the Kurpark Wiesbaden just next to the finish line from August 10, through August 12, 2012. The range of goods comprises sports clothes, sports equipment, sports accessories as well as nutrition and services for athletes. Campaigns also for leisure athletes to take part in, the presence of a large number of leisure manufacturers and of caterers will round off this offer.

The exhibition area of the Ironman expo in Wiesbaden is extremely attractive because of the close proximity to Run Course, Finish Line and the Wiesbaden downtown shopping area. All athletes who arrive in the Race Office (Kurhaus) for race-bag pick-up will pass the Expo area. The “Athlete’s Garden”, the regeneration zone after the race, is also located near the exhibition grounds. On race day itself gather in the park many thousands of spectators to the final finish line party.

The location of the Ironman expo in Wiesbaden has an ideal infrastructure. Not only is the pedestrian zone, but also car parks, access to public transportation and a wide selection of restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition space.

Opening day of the Ironman expo in Wiesbaden is always the Friday before the race. The Expo is open to clock up 18 on race day.
